We would like to remind ratepayers of the various options for making tax payments. Options include:
Email transfers: You can send an e-transfer to rm491@sasktel.net, simply include the name of the landowner and/or the roll number for the property to ensure the payment is applied to the correct property.
Direct debit withdrawals: You can set up payments to come directly out of your chequing account, either in a one-time payment, monthly, biweekly, or weekly. Just fill out the Customer PAD Agreement, attach a void cheque or direct deposit information sheet, and return it to our office.
Telpay (Online Banking Bill Payment) *for Credit Union users only*: On your online banking for credit union, add us as a payee – Buckland #491 (RM) – and you can make payment like any other bill payment.
Mail: You can mail your payment to 99 River St E, Prince Albert, SK, S6V 0A1. Call the office to check for the correct balance.
In person: Come visit us at 99 River Street East, in Prince Albert, where you can pay by Cash, Debit or Cheque. Please note: we do NOT accept credit cards.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, contact our office at 306-763-2585.
Trying to keep pace with new technologies, the RM of Buckland can now send your yearly tax notice, assessment notice & other official correspondence to your email, rather than through regular mail. If you’d like to sign up, please fill out the Email Consent Form, and return it to our office:
By Email: rm491.2@sasktel.net;
By fax: 306-763-6369;
Or in person: 99 River Street East, Prince Albert.
In the event of a postage strike, it is the landowner’s responsibility to make arrangements to pick up their tax notice from our office. By signing up for e-notices, you would get it direct to your email instead.
